What customers say?

“ This is a lovely place with beautiful art and great parking. Tried the “unicorn galaxy” fruit tea and slushy version. Both were very good! The tapioca pearls were yummy. Lychee jelly, and mango popping boba were good as well. Service was fairly quick considering how busy it was at the time, but there was a lack of acknowledgement towards customers. This locations offers various card games to play while you enjoy the boba and/or food which is a super cool addition! ”

“ Poor customer service of a few trips aside, the drinks and food are typically good. The menu includes ample sharing options and there is lots of seating for small groups. Things to note: only cash and debit are accepted and remember to register your vehicle if parking in the lot (if there is a hockey game on, parking can be scarce as the lot is shared with other restaurants). Additionally, I would not recommend going during weekend evenings and making customizations to drink orders. Edit: Over the past few months, I'm happy to say that I've had many good experiences here, which I think justifies a change to my original review. Previously, I was disappointed in the amount of errors and the less than ideal customer service that my sisters and I had been receiving fairly frequently. Since then there have been upgrades such as a buzzer system to let you know when your order is ready and individually wrapped straws for take out. They are also on Skip the Dishes which is a great option to have. More importantly, I have noticed generally better interactions with the staff and accuracy of orders. Even more importantly, the salt and pepper chicken wings are still one of my favorites in the city :) ”

“ My friend and I came here to the location at unity square the first time and really liked the cute interior of the store. The server we met was really nice and friendly The drinks we got were good. However I got the condensed milk coffee drink which was really good and not too sweet. However I had asked for tapioca pearls to be added but they were unfortunately forgotten which is okay. We came when it was relatively early, I just would have preferred them to be included. We also tried the regular fried which were salted to perfection. (For my taste anyways) Nonetheless, it’s a nice place to chill and catch up with friends. Would recommend anyone pay them a visit, I’m for sure going back again. ”

“ I quite enjoyed going here with the kids to get some food and bubble tea. My fresh Avocado bubble tea was very tasty and they even split a full sized one into 2 cups for the kids. The food stuff is affordable and tasty. I wasn't a huge fan of the seafood soup but for $10 you can't expect gourmet. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Definitely will return. ”

“ Cute little bubble tea spot. I'm in love with their durian smoothie with tapioca pearls! The pearls are so fresh and chewy. ”

“ My wife and I ordered from Dream Tea house tonight and as well, always exceeds our taste buds expectation. I ordered Mango Milk Tea and wife decided to go for something different than her usual, she got the Green Apple and they both weren’t too sweet. Just the perfect sugar level mixed in with tapioca a was amazing. 100% would recommend. Usually we would order their green onion cake to pair their drinks with but didn’t this time. ”

“ Great variety of drinks from fruit to yogurt base and daily treats for a good price. Price wise this is my next go to place for bubble tea and slush drinks. The takoyaki fries was only $2 on Wednesdays when you purchase a drink. ”

“ Quite confused as to why people complain about customer service when their bubble tea here is literally amazing! Give me good/well made drinks all day vs small talk. I've tried their brown sugar boba and matcha drinks (heaven!!) highly recommend those two. Although, their brown sugar boba is only available after 2pm & until supplies last. Will definitely come here more often! ”
